2. Transportation and Installation

For flat pack house, all prefabricated kits are ready made in the factory.40ft shipping container could load 6 units. With the help of crane, you can take only 5 steps to fast assemble it. 4 workers spend only 2 hours installing 1 unit.

Too many tiny materials cause time-consuming for prefab house installation and transportation. 6 workers install 3K*10K in 2 days.

They have different magnitude of wind resistance and anti-seismic, flat pack buildings with magnitude 11 and magnitude 8 separately, prefabricated house with magnitude 9 and magnitude 7 separately. What’s more, flat pack house have better waterproof ,fireproof ,heat insulation and sound insulation than prefab house. Both of them could be repeatedly assemble and detachable, but prefab tiny house only with 2 or 3 times of repetition.
