Introduction and Applications of Container Homes

Container homes are a brand-new concept of environmentally friendly and economical mobile housing, constructed with a lightweight steel frame and sandwich panels as enclosure materials. They utilize standard modular systems for spatial organization, and bolted components for connection. They can be assembled and disassembled quickly and easily, achieving universal standardization for temporary structures and establishing environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and efficient construction concepts. This marks the entry of temporary housing into the realm of standardized products with serialized development, integrated production, integrated supply, inventory availability, and multiple uses.

They are widely used on-site as temporary housing, such as temporary offices, conference rooms, headquarters, dormitories, shops, schools, hospitals, parking lots, exhibition halls, maintenance depots, and gas stations. They are often found on construction sites for road, railway, and municipal projects.

Precautions for Using Container Homes:

1. After the container home is completed and installed, unauthorized personnel are prohibited from modifying the structure or electrical design. Do not remove screws or steel frame components, and do not remove or add additional partitions. If there is a strong need to add or remove partitions, notify a qualified professional.

2. Light steel components should be painted every 1-2 years to prevent rust and maintain the aesthetics of the prefabricated steel structure.

3. Light steel container houses, which are entirely bolted together, should be equipped with common electrical outlets and other facilities. Exposed wiring should not be installed or hung on the steel frame of the prefabricated steel structure. Square plastic conduits or cable trays should be used for insulation and separation to prevent electrical leakage and electric shock.

4. Always turn off all power supplies after leaving the room to prevent accidents. When using a gas stove or stove, the prefabricated steel structure should not be placed too close to a fire source, and high-power electrical equipment should not be used.
