Prefabricated tiny house includes prefabricated K house and prefabricated T house. Seen from the outside , T type house is more pretty than K type house, but more expansive. Both of them adopt  the stitching structure of light gauge steel frame and the enclosure material of color-coated sandwich panels.Many builders contractors prefer to build 2 storey but its design steel structure can support 3-storey strength.

3. Requirement for laying the foundation
Flat pack buildings  don’t need too high foundation requirements.Even for the flat ground, there is no need to lay the foundation. The prefabricated K house or T type house has strict requirements on the foundation, and it is necessary to use 300mmX300mm to cast concrete foundation. Given that the soil is too soft, it is necessary to strengthen the foundation to prevent risks no matter what kind of buildings they are.

4. Function

They have different magnitude of wind resistance and anti-seismic, flat pack buildings with magnitude 11 and magnitude 8 separately, prefabricated house with magnitude 9 and magnitude 7 separately. What’s more, flat pack house have better waterproof,fireproof,heat insulation and sound insulation than prefab house. Both of them could be repeatedly assemble and detachable,but prefab tiny house only with 2 or 3 times of repetition. For the life span,flat pack container house is 20 years or more,modern prefab house is from 12 year to 20 years.

5.Applications

After you complete your engineering project on your construction site, you can disassemble the dormitory rooms and put them to use in another applications. As flat pack design adopts the concept of modern container homes, they could be used as container home,container office,container shop,container hotel,container hospital,refugee camp and so on. But for prefabricated house, it only can be used in your another construction site, or other temporary buildings such as labor camp ,temporary hospital,etc..
